After getting into a plethora of trouble when I was younger I learnt first hand from a psychologist that the healthiest approach to dealing with frustration is to channel it into recreational activities especially those that evolve around physical activities and creative outlets. Post secondary school it became increasingly difficult to consistently channel emotions through physical activity therefore I found a new outlet in my art. I hope you can find the same level of appreciation I did in your own unique ways for the art I have produced.
